Graeme Street has some great training programs. Many people are already using TrainerRoad to do his Cyclo90 workouts using the free ride workouts. More CycloCore options coming soon.

If you purchase the CycloCore DVD's without the digital downloads of the videos, you are still able to use them with TrainerRoad. Simply play the DVD in an external player, and time the workout and video such that they are in sync.

Graeme's off the bike workouts are excellent too!. I use them on my days off the bike. Trainer Road with Graeme is a good thing.

You gents know Graeme Street? I don't know if he competes with me on Strava, but between the two of us, we are on top of many leaderboards. Anyway, does he have training things compatible with TrainerRoad?

According to Graemes website, you can use Trainerroad with many of his videos, though they are not yet intergrated with Trainnerroad. He is looking forward to integrating them with Trainnerroad in the future. I have not met Graeme personally, though he is local to me. His 56 mile cyclo-ride in Essex,Ct is one of my favorite rides. I am a big fan of his off the bike core and yoga workouts and currently am doing them on the off days of the Trainneroad plan that I am doing.

I'm still following (for the most part) Ben Wolfe's plan, which is actually Aidan Charle's plan, probably Tom Officer's plan. I'm simply selecting a TrainerRoad workout that seems to fit. As we progress into the winter, I suspect many days on the trainer, so I'll need a TrainerRoad plan. I didn't know about "plans" with TrainerRoad. I'll have to ask Nate. Do you ever ride east of the river, in Middletown, Meriden, East Hampton or Glastonbury? Decent hills in them places.

I'm a big fan of Graeme's programs and use his videos in conjunction with TrainerRoad Free Ride 30/60 workouts.  Would love to see his HIT sessions offered via TR.  Perfect combo.

I'm also a CycloCore user.  I would absolutely love to see some of Graeme's workout rides on TrainerRoad.  I did notice someone has created a CycloHit01 - Leg Ripper ride.

Christopher, I live close to Berlin Bicycle. I often ride from my home up to Castle Craig in Meriden and to Lyman Orchards in Middlefield. When time permits, I prefer less congested areas. I enjoy the Essex ride which does cross the river. The east side of the river contains Rey Hill rd, Devil's Hopyard and up Joshutown rd.my favorite rd to ride on. I also like to ride in the Riverton area which has some nice climbs. I am a Mountain bike racer, but do a fair amount of training on the road. When it comes to Cross and road racing, I should stick to the Mountain bike. I like that Trainerroad figures everything out for me. More time to train. Less time calculating and planning.

I like riding in all of those places. You must have ridden with Pedal Power, as they often ride there. I took Bill up Ray Hill & Cherry Swamp last spring; I think he's added those climbs to his "A" rides. Looking forward to mtn. biking at Hurd Park, if the snow goes away. Also, I'm eager to resume my attempt for a 30% power increase along with Nate Pearson (who is attempting the same) on Trainer Road using some of Graeme's videos. My hard drive crashed. Need repair or new comp. Why don't we hook up. I ride sometimes with Steve Gray, Dave Hoyle, etc.; you might know them.

Christopher, I am pretty much a fare( 50degree)weather rider when it comes to the road, and would be happy to ride with you in the future. I pretty much stick to the Mountain bike for those rare times I venture into the cold. The few times I venture onto the road in the winter are on unusually warm days to Middlefield or Castle Craig

Compared to the temps at 6:00 am, lately I'm fair weather, too. All trainer riding now. Let's stay in touch,

Weather is conducive for riding.  No more corrosive material on roads (mostly).  Did Old Saybrook loop a few weeks ago, Meriden Mountain Sunday, will do Glastonbury/Bolton Saturday, Bethel Crit Sunday & might do Joshuatown very soon.  Still doing Graeme's Cyclo 90 workouts which are on TrainerRoad.
