If you're looking at this article, it is probably because you have noticed that Bluetooth and ANT+ have stopped working on your OnePlus 3 or 3T.
After reaching out to OnePlus they were able to confirm that this is a problem with the new software update on the One Plus 3 and 3T. Supposedly this bug occurs specifically with any app which utilizes ANT+ services, which is why you're experiencing problems with TrainerRoad.
Based on our talks with the support team at OnePlus, it sounds like their developers are working hard on getting things fixed. We're not quite sure when that'll get taken care of, but in the meantime, here is a temporary workaround which we have discovered:
Since ANT+ appears to be intertwined in some way with this bug, you can go into your Google Play Store and manually remove the ANT+ Plugins and ANT Radio Service.
Navigating to the 'My Apps and Games' tab (tapping the three horizontal lines button in the top-left corner) will reveal your 'Installed' apps folder. In this list, scroll until you find ANT+ Plugins and ANT Radio Service.
Tapping on each of those should an Uninstall button, which is exactly what you'll want to press for each app.
Unfortunately for ANT+ users, it is important to note that ANT+ will not work in any way on the OnePlus 3 or 3T. If you are not able to train on a different platform (Windows, Mac or iOS) in the meantime, then you will need to look into reverting your software back an earlier version. The OnePlus support team has confirmed that reverting your operating system is available by contacting them directly.
