Unable to install TrainerRoad or the TrainerRoad? Check out these troubleshooting tips:
Antivirus
There's a chance that Antivirus software is blocking the TrainerRoad application's installation process. To remedy this situation, temporarily turn off your computer's Antivirus software, and retry the download process.
Once the TrainerRoad software is downloaded, you can turn your Antivirus software back on. You shouldn't experience any other interference from the Antivirus software from that point forth.
