How Do I Start a Workout?

Make sure the TrainerRoad app is downloaded: TrainerRoad Application Download

Start a Workout

  1. Log in using your current login credentials. 
  2. Click into "Workouts" or "Calendar"
  3. Select the desired workout and select "Load Workout" to begin.

Adding Workouts to Calendar

  1. Log in to TrainerRoad.com with your current login credentials. 
  2. Click into the "Workouts" section of the site.
  3. Select the desired workouts and select "Add to Calendar." You will then be prompted to select what day you wish to complete the workout on.
  4. These will now appear in your TrainerRoad Calendar on the App.
  5. Log in to TrainerRoad App to complete workouts.

Starting a Training Plan

  1. Log in to TrainerRoad.com with your current login credentials.
  2. Click into the "Training Plans" section of the site.
  3. Select a training plan that best fits your training needs. 
  4. Click into the desired training plan and "Add to Calendar." You will then be prompted to select the day(s) you wish to complete the workout(s) on. 
  5. These workouts will now appear in you TrainerRoad Calendar on the App. 
  6. Log in to the TrainerRoad App to complete workouts.
