Updating your training plan will make sure the latest improvements to Adaptive Training are applied. If you've been redirected to this article, you are among a small number of athletes that are required to update their plan.
How to Update your Plan
1. Identify and note the start date of your current plan
If your plan is not structured around an event, take note of the discipline you've selected for your training plan.
2. Click the plan annotation from the Calendar, and delete your current plan
3. If you're on a custom plan, access Plan Builder and reapply your plan with the original start date.
If you're on a non-custom plan, access Training Plans and reapply your plan with the original start date.
