How to Customize Workout Duration in Plan Builder

You can optimize your custom-built training plan for your schedule by customizing the duration of the workouts in your plan. Adjustments can be made to workout duration when building a custom plan with Plan Builder on the TrainerRoad mobile app, desktop app, and website

Customizing Workout Duration on the Mobile Apps

Step 1. Make sure you are on the latest version of the TrainerRoad Mobile app. 

Step 2. Go to the Training Plans tab and select Custom Plan Builder. 

Step 3. Follow the steps to building your custom training plan. 

Step 4. At the Schedule step select the duration of the workout you would like to change.

Step 5: Select the desired duration from the dropdown menu.

Step 6: Make adjustments to the duration of all of the workouts in your schedule that you would like to change and then select Review Plan to finish building your custom plan.

Customizing Workout Duration on the Desktop Apps

Step 1. Make sure you are on the latest version of the TrainerRoad desktop app. 

Step 2. Go to the Training Plans tab and select Custom Plan Builder. 

Step 3. Follow the steps to building your custom training plan. 

Step 4. At the Schedule step select the duration of the workout you would like to change.

Step 5: Select the desired duration from the dropdown menu.

Step 6: Make adjustments to the duration of all of the workouts in your schedule that you would like to change and then select Review Plan to finish building your custom plan.

Customizing Workout Duration on the Website

Step 1. Make sure you are logged into your account at https://www.trainerroad.com/ 

Step 2. Go to the Training Plans tab and select Custom Plan Builder. 

Step 3. Follow the steps to building your custom training plan. 

Step 4. At the Schedule step select the duration of the workout you would like to change.

Step 5: Select the desired duration from the dropdown menu.

Step 6: Make adjustments to the duration of all of the workouts in your schedule that you would like to change and then select Review Plan to finish building your custom plan.
