How to Adjust Your Current Plan's Custom Workout Duration

You can adjust the custom duration of the workouts in your training plan at any point during the duration of your plan. Adjustments can be made to workout duration in your TrainerRoad Calendar on the TrainerRoad mobile app, desktop app, and website

Adjusting Workout Duration on the Mobile Apps

Step 1. Make sure you are on the latest version of the TrainerRoad mobile app. 

Step 2. Go to your TrainerRoad Calendar.

Step 3. Find the start of the training phase you would like to adjust the workout durations.

Step 4. Select the Annotation for this training phase. 

Step 5. Select the workout duration.

Step 6. Choose the desired custom workout duration from the pop-out menu.

Step 7. Hit Update

Adjusting Workout Duration on the Web

Step 1. Make sure you are logged into your TrainerRoad account at https://www.trainerroad.com/ 

Step 2. Go to your TrainerRoad Calendar.

Step 3. Find the start of the training phase you would like to adjust the workout duration.

Step 4. Select the Annotation for this training phase. 

Step 5. Select Edit Weekly Schedule by hovering over Training Days.

Step 6. Choose the desired custom workout duration from the drop-down menu.

Step 7. Hit Update

Adjusting Workout Duration in the Desktop Apps

Step 1. Make sure you are on the latest version of the TrainerRoad desktop app. 

Step 2. Go to your TrainerRoad Calendar.

Step 3. Find the start of the training phase you would like to adjust the workout durations for.

Step 4. Select the Annotation for this training phase.

Step 7. Hit Update
