Minimum Hardware

Your minimum setup depends on how you want to workout with TrainerRoad. All workouts require a bike, a trainer, and a computer (laptop or desktop, Mac or PC) or a compatible iOS/Android device.

An Internet connection is not required to work out, but you'll need one to get your initial workouts and sync them to the cloud. Additionally, you'll need to log in with an Internet connection once a month to verify your subscription.
