Is There Audible Instructional Text During Workouts?

Although we do display instructional text during workouts, we do not offer them to be audible.

How Do I Turn On/Off The Instructional Texts That Appear During My Workout?

  • Login to the TrainerRoad App
  • Go into the "Settings" Tab
  • Check or uncheck the box labeled "Instructional Texts and Sounds"
