No, the Workout Creator currently only allows you to build workouts based on an exact percent of FTP.
We use percent of FTP to build workouts because this ensures that the workout will always be scaled to your personal fitness level.
How to see Wattage based on % of FTP While Creating Intervals
While building custom workouts, you can see the wattage of any given interval after adjusting the % of FTP for that interval based on your current FTP.
