How to Change your Training Plan Volume

You can change your schedule, the number of days in your plan, hours per training day, and your plans number of intense workouts through the TrainerRoad Calendar.

You can get an updated volume recommendation by checking your plans volume or make manual adjustments to your plans volume.

Check Plan Volume

One way to adjust plan volume is by checking your current plan volume. We recommend checking your plan volume at the start of each new training phase to make sure you are on track with the best possible plan volume. Here's how to check plan volume:

Step One: Open your TrainerRoad Calendar on the TrainerRoad website

Step Two: Select your plans phase annotation. In the side menu an option will appear at the bottom to Check Volume
