How to Update Your Payment Method

Whether you're keeping your account active or returning after a break, updating your payment method in TrainerRoad is quick and easy. This guide walks you through how to update your billing information based on your account status.

If Your Account Is Active

To update the payment method on an active subscription:

Step One: Log into your account at www.trainerroad.com.

Step Two: Click the Account tab in the left hand navigation menu and then Membership below account.

Step Three: Select Change Payment Method

Step Four: Enter your new card or payment details or PayPal information and click Update Payment Information

Your updated payment method will be used for all future subscription renewals.

If Your Account Is Inactive

If your account is currently inactive (e.g. canceled or expired), you’ll be prompted to update your payment method when reactivating your subscription.

Here’s how:

Step One: Log into your account at www.trainerroad.com.

Step Two: You will be prompted from here to renew your subscription! 

Enter your updated payment information and finis renewing your subscritption.

Once reactivated, your new payment method will be saved for future billing.
