Ride Analysis Page Walkthrough
Analyze the Details of Workouts
Begin analyzing indoor and outdoor workouts by scrubbing the cursor along the workout graph to display a tooltip of details.
View your most important ride metrics in the right-hand section of the workout graph.
Outdoor workouts include a grey elevation profile displayed on the workout graph, and additional metrics specific to outdoor rides, including Distance, Elevation Gain, Speed, and Grade.
Create and Analyze Custom Intervals
Click the workout graph and drag the cursor to create custom intervals to analyze.
Get Automatic Feedback on Intervals
Select an interval from the Intervals table to automatically highlight that portion of the ride on the graph. For outside rides, click into an interval from the table to see a segment of your outside ride on a map.
Drill Into Personal Records
Scrub the cursor along the Personal Records Chart and click-in to automatically highlight where that PR occurred on the workout graph.
In the example, this rider is analyzing their 5-minute PR for this ride. We can see according to the elevation profile that this PR happened during a climb. The rider can then create a custom interval for that specific PR for further insights.
View Outdoor Rides on a Map
When analyzing outdoor rides, scrub the workout graph to see where certain efforts took place on your route.
See Time Spent in Each Power Zone
View the Power Zones table to see how much time was spent in each power zone. The zone being analyzed will automatically highlight on the workout graph.
