TrainerRoad allows you to start your training plan on any day of the week- and also customize the days you want to train!
Let's say you want to start your training plan on a different day, without offsetting the rest of the days on your training plan.
We can do this by adding a training plan with your desired weekly setup, and then make it start on an earlier day of the week by simply clicking and dragging your first workout.
For example, let's say I want to train on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, but I want to complete the first workout from my training plan on a Monday.
Step 1. Logging onto Calendar
The first thing you're going to want to do is to log on to your Online Calendar via your Career.
Step 2. Adding a training plan
From there, go ahead and click the week you want to start your training plan.
From there, choose a Training Plan.
Once you've picked a training plan, modify the days as you'd like, and then select "Next." In this case, For this example, the workouts fall on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Step 3. Moving the first workout
Once you hit "Next", the training plan will be added, but wait — we want our first workout to be on Monday! To fix that, we're going to click and drag our first workout over to Monday, like so:
From there, we're done!
You're all set to begin your training plan!
