Renewing Your Subscription
To renew your TrainerRoad subscription, head to this link:
This link will allow you to submit a one-time payment and activate your subscription. After using it once, you’ll be redirected to this same page whenever your renewal is due.
How to Renew Before Your Subscription Expires
We recommend manually setting up the renewal within 7 days of your renewal date. You won’t be charged until your current billing period ends, but setting it up ahead of time will ensure a smooth renewal process! To do this follow these steps:
- Log into www.trainerroad.com
- Select the Account tab on the left-hand side
- Go to Membership and follow the steps to set up your upcoming renewal
If Your Subscription Has Expired
If your subscription expires, don't worry. When you log back into the TrainerRoad website, you’ll automatically be redirected to the one-time payment page so you can get back up and training right away.
